OBH Council strives to unite its members in promoting high standards among member programs and the field at large. Throughout the year, we share information and work to identify ways to help each other in addressing common concerns including:

  • Risk management
  • State and federal land management
  • Healthcare legislation and policies
  • Staff recruitment and training
  • Insurance reimbursement
  • Public relations and any matters related to improving standards of excellence.

The OBHC endeavors for better programs and better services that professionals, parents, and clients can trust.

OBHC Member Programs

OBHC Member Programs represent the highest level of membership and commitment to the organization’s mission. Programs are held to high standards, and the application process is quite involved. For more information on joining the OBHC as a Member Program, please contact Ryan Bromberek.

Friends of OBHC

The OBH Council is actively seeking the support and camaraderie of individuals and organizations that value our commitment to safety and excellence. The Friend of OBHC membership is for those who do not qualify for full OBHC membership because they are not, by definition, an Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare program, yet desire to support the OBHC mission and participate in OHBC meetings and functions.
