Regular Admission Tickets for Regional WTS Sales Start

Registration includes all workshops and events offered throughout the Symposium. You can also purchase additional tickets for the Keynote Dinner and the Staff Recognition Dinner. These tickets are a la carte if you want to just attend those events, however, they are included in your registration ticket price.

This year, lunch will be provided on site both days of the Symposium.

Regular admission sales will end March 10th.

Pre-conference note: Be aware that the 3-hour pre-conference workshop requires pre-registration and is only open to those who are attendees of the full Symposium. For workshops that are 3-hours, please be respectful and plan to stay throughout the whole presentation. If you do think you may need to step out, please consider staying toward the back of the presentation room to not disturb other attendees.

Cancellation policy – To cancel a completed registration, please contact us at info@obhcounil.org; Subj: Regional Symposium Cancellation. If you have paid for registration and have been selected as a presenter, you will have the option to either be refunded or transfer the registration.

Refund note: a 100% refund will be granted up until 2/10/2023; a 50% refund will be granted up until 2/28/2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested on and after 3/1/2023.
