Confluence specializes in working with young adults and their families to navigate the complexities and challenges of today’s path to adulthood. Bringing together comprehensive assessment, evidence-based treatment and growth-oriented experiences, Confluence helps young adults heal and grow.
With compassion and understanding, the program guides young adults towards engaged, positive, and fulfilling lives. Bringing together whole-person health and transformative experiences, participants work towards a sense of balance and purpose. Each experience is designed to help explore values, learn skills, create connection, and build resilience.
Working with a lead therapist, participants come to better understand their strengths and challenges. Our highly trained staff support this exploration and integrate the clinical work throughout the program. Through shared living and outdoor experiences, away from the distractions of everyday life, participants learn to build upon their strengths, develop ownership over their lives, and create a direction for moving forward.
