General registration includes all workshops and events offered throughout the Symposium.

Lunch will be provided on site both days of the Symposium.

Ticket sales will start December 1st with early bird registration; regular registration will be on sale January 14th. 

Pre-conference note: Be aware that the 3-hour pre-conference workshop requires pre-registration and is only open to those who are attendees of the full Symposium. For workshops that are 3-hours, please be respectful and plan to stay throughout the whole presentation. If you do think you may need to step out, please consider staying toward the back of the presentation room to not disturb other attendees.

Cancellation policy - To cancel a completed registration, please contact us at info@obhcounil.org; Subj: Regional Symposium Cancellation. If you have paid for registration and have been selected as a presenter, you will have the option to either be refunded or transfer the registration.

Refund note: a 100% refund will be granted up until 2/10/2024; a 50% refund will be granted up until 2/28/2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested on and after 3/1/2024.

Programming will be provided via Results at Hand, a digital conference app  – more information about the conference app will be emailed to you after you complete your online registration.  Be sure to download the conference app prior to arriving.  

All CE-eligible presentations and workshops will require attendees to sign in and out at the registration desk as well as in Results at Hand in order to receive certification of hours. 

2024 Regional Wilderness Therapy Symposium has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Sessions approved for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Outdoor Behavioral Health Council is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP-4498.
